Duties and responsibilities:

  • Conduct physiotherapy related procedures with proficiency, meet quality standards and patient satisfaction
  • Attend and follow training programs to upgrade professional skills
  • Real time entries in medical records & report in an appropriate manner
  • Deliver safe and quality patient experiences in Recoup Health System both in-person and
  • virtual care, including admission & discharge process
  • Safe custody of medical equipment, adherence to care protocols, maintenance care and
  • optimal utilization of valuables
  • Play active role in interdisciplinary care programs and practices
  • Coordinating for patient related services with external partners like laboratory tests,
  • referrals, etc.
  • Contribute to Recoup Health’s quality assurance programs & continuous quality
  • improvement programs
  • Contribute when asked in content development that will be used for marketing functions
  • Contribute to and adhere to administrative responsibilities and represent Recoup Health
  • in different engagement interfaces with community, society and corporate clients
  • Be disciplined & punctual in professional work (online, offline), deliverables & reporting
  • Actively participate in Organizational activities, Learning & Development
  • Actively participate in research and development activities of Recoup Health
