Position Details:

Mode: Full-Time WFO
Location: Bhubaneswar
CTC: Rs. 15,000 - Rs. 20,000 p.m.
- Manage and update the company’s social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, , Twitter, etc.), ensuring consistent, on-brand messaging.
- Plan and schedule posts using social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.).
- Coordinate with the content creation team to develop and execute creative content (graphics, videos, copy, etc.).
- Monitor social media engagement, respond to comments and messages, and report insights and trends.
- Track social media performance and provide recommendations for growth and improvement.
- Effectively launch and manage WhatsApp marketing campaigns to engage prospects, nurture leads, and drive sales with communication strategies.
- Assist in planning and coordinating small-scale events, including webinars, workshops, curated workout sessions, or client meetups.
- Manage logistics such as venue coordination, guest invitations, and event promotion through digital channels.
- Oversee event marketing campaigns, including email invitations, social media promotion, and post-event follow-ups.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure event materials (e.g., banners, promotional items) are ready and aligned with brand guidelines.
- Support the sales team with client communication, including follow-up emails, newsletters, and marketing collateral.
- Help prepare client-facing presentations, proposals, and other documents as needed.
- Assist in maintaining and nurturing client relationships through regular communication and follow-up.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to provide insights for marketing strategies.
- Perform valid and reliable market research, SWOT analysis and interpret data, formulate reports and make recommendations.
- Help with administrative tasks such as tracking budgets, coordinating schedules, and maintaining marketing files and records.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in social media management, event coordination, or marketing support roles.
- Skills:
- Proficiency with social media platforms and management tools (e.g., Instagram, , Facebook, Canva etc.).
- Experience on working with Adobe, Figma will be a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Basic knowledge of email marketing and CRM tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Zoho CRM,.) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with event planning or coordination is an advantage.
