Position Details:

Mode: Full-Time WFO
Location: Bhubaneswar
CTC: Rs. 15,000 - Rs. 20,000 p.m.
Key Responsibilities: Social Media Management: Manage and update the company’s social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.), ensuring consistent, on-brand messaging.
Plan and schedule posts using social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.).
Coordinate with the content creation team to develop and execute creative content (graphics, videos, copy, etc.).
Monitor social media engagement, respond to comments and messages, and report insights and trends.
Track social media performance and provide recommendations for growth and improvement.
Effectively launch and manage WhatsApp marketing campaigns to engage prospects, nurture leads, and drive sales with communication strategies.
Event Management and Marketing: Assist in planning and coordinating small-scale events, including webinars, workshops, curated workout sessions, or client meetups.
Manage logistics such as venue coordination, guest invitations, and event promotion through digital channels.
Oversee event marketing campaigns, including email invitations, social media promotion, and post-event follow-ups.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure event materials (e.g., banners, promotional items) are ready and aligned with brand guidelines.
Sales Communication: Support the sales team with client communication, including follow-up emails, newsletters, and marketing collateral.
Help prepare client-facing presentations, proposals, and other documents as needed.
Assist in maintaining and nurturing client relationships through regular communication and follow-up.
Additional Responsibilities: Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to provide insights for marketing strategies.
Perform valid and reliable market research, SWOT analysis and interpret data, formulate reports and make recommendations.
Help with administrative tasks such as tracking budgets, coordinating schedules, and maintaining marketing files and records.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
Experience: 1-2 years of experience in social media management, event coordination, or marketing support roles.
Skills:
Proficiency with social media platforms and management tools (e.g., Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Canva etc.).
Experience on working with Adobe, Figma will be a plus.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
Basic knowledge of email marketing and CRM tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Zoho CRM,.) is a plus.
Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Experience with event planning or coordination is an advantage.
