Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to oversee our paid advertising efforts. This key role will be responsible for creating and implementing effective campaigns across various platforms.The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including keyword research, ad copywriting, and campaign optimization. They will also possess excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute comprehensive paid advertising strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives.Conduct thorough keyword research to identify high-performing terms and adjust ad copy accordingly.Manage and optimize campaigns using a combination of bid and budget management, structural optimization, keywords, ad text, and creative optimization.Ensure seamless integration with Paid Social campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and other social media platforms.Craft compelling ad copy that resonates with target audiences.Requirements:Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Marketing, Business, Communications).Minimum 4 years of experience in PPC (Pay-Per-Click) advertising, with expertise in Google Ads and Facebook Ads.Familiarity with programmatic media buying is an asset.Experience working with e-commerce setups would be beneficial.Demonstrated analytical skills, with the ability to work with data and drive insights-driven decision-making.Strong Excel skills, with proficiency in pivot tables and data analysis.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.A quick learner with a keen eye for detail and a results-driven approach.
