Job Title: Digital Financial Services Expert  At IFC, we're seeking a seasoned professional to drive our digital financial services initiatives. As a key member of our team, you'll work closely with clients to enhance their digital capabilities and deliver innovative solutions that promote financial inclusion.  Key Responsibilities:    • Develop and implement strategic plans to strengthen clients' digital presence and competitiveness.    • Collaborate with clients to assess current digital capabilities, identify areas for improvement, and design tailored solutions to meet their needs.    • Provide technical expertise in core banking systems, digital payments, and internet and mobile banking systems.    • Support the development of digital finance capacity-building programs for clients, focusing on digital transformation, MSME banking, and affordable housing finance.    • Analyze complex problems and develop practical solutions that drive business growth and improve client outcomes.  Requirements:    • At least 12 years of experience in digital financial services within the financial sector, including consulting and banking.    • Proven track record of defining, designing, and implementing successful digital solutions, such as MSME banking solutions and affordable housing solutions.    • Strong technical skills across core banking systems, digital payments, and internet and mobile banking systems.    • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills combined with sound business acumen to drive innovation and delivery.    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and colleagues.    • Ability to respond rapidly and flexibly to client needs and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.    • Fluency in English is essential, with proficiency in additional languages an advantage.  Deliverables:    • Comprehensive assessment reports and strategic recommendations covering digital strategy, governance, processes, product development, and risk management.    • End-to-end support for the design, development, and rollout of digital products and services tailored to MSMEs.    • Customized transformation strategies and targeted capacity-building programs to facilitate effective digital adoption.    • Detailed plans for redesigning and enhancing core systems, operational processes, and digital delivery channels.    • Development of training materials and facilitation of knowledge-sharing sessions to strengthen client capabilities and institutional know-how.  Selection Criteria:    • Candidate must have at least 12 years of experience in Digital Financial Service within the financial sector, including consulting and banking.    • Demonstrated success in defining, designing, and implementing digital solutions, such as MSMEs banking solutions and/or affordable housing solutions.    • Strong technical skillset across Core Banking System (CBS), Digital Payments, Internet & Mobile Banking Systems.    • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with sound business acumen, to identify key issues and deliver innovative and practical solutions.    • Ability to respond rapidly and flexibly to client needs, manage multiple priorities, and deliver high-quality output under tight deadlines.    • Ability to communicate well in English.Job Type: Full-timeBenefits:  Competitive salary and benefits package.  Opportunities for professional growth and development.  Collaborative and dynamic work environment.  Diversity and inclusion initiatives.Work Environment:  Remote work options available.  Flexible working hours.  Modern office facilities.  Professional equipment and resources.Application Instructions:  To apply, please submit your resume, cover letter, and relevant portfolio to [insert contact information].  The application deadline is [insert date].
