Job Title: Oracle Finance Systems ExpertWe are seeking an experienced Oracle finance systems expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle ERP (Fusion or EBS) and expertise in financial process optimization, system configuration, and end-user enablement.Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze finance process requirementsConfigure and maintain Oracle Financial modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, and TaxMap business processes for P2P, O2C, and R2R cycles to Oracle functionalitiesDevelop functional specification documents and configuration workbooksLead data conversions, mappings, and own all finance-related objectsCoordinate with technical teams on integrations and troubleshoot functional issuesConduct system testing and support user acceptance testingProvide end-user training and create process documentationSupport month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial close activitiesDevelop and execute test plans to ensure quality deliverablesTroubleshoot and resolve functional and technical issuesManage Oracle SRs for defect resolutionDesign and implement approval workflows for finance transactionsAssist in financial reporting setup and advise on system best practicesPerform impact analysis for new releases, patches, and enhancementsParticipate in project planning and ensure SOX complianceContribute to continuous improvement initiatives for financial systemsQualifications7+ years of experience as an Oracle finance systems expert (Fusion or EBS)Strong knowledge of accounting principles (US GAAP / IFRS)Hands-on experience configuring GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, and Tax modulesExperience with financial reporting tools (FRS, OTBI, BI Publisher, Smart View)Understanding of financial integrations with third-party systemsExcellent problem-solving, documentation, and communication skillsTeam player working with all internal and external stakeholdersPreferred QualificationsOracle Financials Cloud CertificationExperience working for leasing, retail, and related industriesExposure to revenue recognition principles and integrations with 3rd partiesCPA, CMA, or ACCA certification
