Position Title: Accountant Location- Bhopal (Onsite) Experience- Fresher Job Type- Full-time NP- 0-15 Days Time PM, Mon to Sat ResponsibilitiesCan Manage all accounting transactionsCan perform and work independently.Can Prepare budget forecasts, compute taxes, PF Filling, and prepare tax returnsManage balance sheets and profit/loss statements and Audit financial transactions and documentsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to customize and configure the ERP system to meet the organization's accounting needs.Generate and analyze financial reports using data extracted from the ERP system.Provide insights into financial performance and trends to support decision-making processes.Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenanceEnsure accuracy and completeness of financial records within the ERP systemIdentify opportunities for process improvement within the accounting function and implement changes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and company policies.Facilitate internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and explanations. Qualifications:Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsBCom/ M.Com degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.CA Intermediate- Articleship candidates will be plus.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
