The Head Accountant will be responsible for overseeing all accounting activities, managing financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The Head Accountant will also coordinate with other departments, manage budgets, handle tax filings, and provide financial analysis and reports to support operational decision-making.QualificationsStrong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and tax regulationsExperience in managing financial records and preparing financial statementsSkills in budgeting, financial analysis, and financial forecastingProficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly ExcelExcellent organizational and time management skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required; CPA or equivalent certification is preferredExperience in the IT industry is a plusAbility to work independently and as part of a team
