The Trainer will be responsible for designing and conducting training sessions for real estate professionals, focusing on skill development, market knowledge, property-related processes , training on in depth realty marketing insights , NCR Mapping Training and detailed personality development modules training. Tasks include preparing training materials, delivering workshops, mentoring team members, and evaluating training effectiveness. The Trainer will play a key role in fostering a knowledgeable and competent workforce aligned with the company’s goals and values.QualificationsStrong understanding of the real estate market, property laws, and regulatory frameworks specifically in NCR region ( Noida , Gurgaon )Training, coaching, and mentoring skills to effectively develop team capabilitiesExcellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skillsAbility to create structured training programs and evaluate training outcomesExperience in project management or team leadership within the real estate sector is advantageousProficiency in using digital tools for training delivery and reporting is a plusCreating Review reports of team and subordinates Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Education, or a related fieldStrong organizational skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment
