Intelligence Node is seeking to hire an experienced Chartered Accountant (CA) with 2-7 years of experience to join our finance team. The CA will be responsible for managing financial reporting, compliance, budgeting, and auditing processes, with a specific focus on handling US finance and accounts. The ideal candidate with strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of accounting principles, and a commitment to maintaining accuracy and transparency in financial reporting.

Financial Reporting and Analysis:
Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support strategic business decision-making.
Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data.

Compliance and Auditing:
Ensure compliance with local, state, federal, and US accounting and tax regulations.
Coordinate and manage internal and external audits, liaising with auditors and regulatory authorities.
Prepare and file tax returns, ensuring timely and accurate submission.

Budgeting and Forecasting:
Develop and manage annual budgets and financial forecasts.
Monitor actual performance against budget and provide variance analysis.
Support strategic planning by providing financial insights and projections.

Internal Controls:
Implement and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets.
Identify and mitigate financial risks.
Conduct regular reviews and updates of financial policies and procedures.

Financial Operations:
Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes.
Manage cash flow and liquidity to ensure financial stability.
Supervise payroll processing and ensure compliance with payroll regulations.
Handle US finance and accounts, including US GAAP compliance and financial reporting.

Advisory and Support:
Provide financial advice and guidance to senior management.
Support business units with financial planning and analysis.
Assist in the evaluation of investment opportunities and financial feasibility studies.

Team Leadership:
Lead and mentor junior accounting staff.
Foster a collaborative and high-performing finance team environment.
Provide training and development opportunities for the team members.

Mandatory Technical Skills:
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle).
Advanced MS Excel skills for financial analysis and reporting.
Strong knowledge of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles), IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards), and US GAAP.
US Payroll

Chartered Accountant (CA) certification is mandatory.

The position is based in Mumbai. The candidate should be based in Mumbai or willing to relocate to Mumbai.
