The ideal candidate will manage financial operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide strategic financial insights to support business growth in the real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Management: Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting. Ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with accounting standards.
  • Real Estate Accounting: Handle real estate-specific financial tasks, including property valuations, lease accounting, and project cost management.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and tax laws specific to the real estate industry.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present financial statements, reports, and analysis to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Audit & Control: Manage internal audits and implement financial controls to safeguard company assets.
  • Strategic Support: Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making and business development.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Chartered Accountant (CA) certification.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience and 1 year in the real estate industry.
  • Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of real estate accounting practices and regulations.
  • Proficient in financial analysis, reporting, and budgeting.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
