Country Manager Job OverviewThis role offers a unique opportunity to establish and grow our presence in the Indian market.We are seeking an experienced Country Manager who will be responsible for leading our sales and marketing efforts, recruiting and managing a high-performing team, and developing local market expansion plans to increase brand presence and client acquisition.The successful candidate will have extensive experience in forex sales and operations, particularly within the Indian market, and a well-established reputation and visible presence in the industry.This is a challenging role that requires strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills, as well as a deep understanding of the forex industry landscape, client expectations, and the operational needs of sales teams.About the Role:Lead sales and marketing strategy in India, ensuring performance KPIs and revenue targets are achieved.Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing cross-functional team across sales, marketing, client support, and customer success.Develop and execute local market expansion plans to increase brand presence and client acquisition.Build and maintain strong relationships with Introducing Brokers (IBs), clients, partners, and other key stakeholders.Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to enhance visibility and credibility in the market.Key RequirementsRequirements:Extensive experience in forex sales and operations, particularly within the Indian market.A well-established reputation and visible presence in the industry, with the ability to inspire trust and represent the company with credibility.Proven ability to lead and guide sales teams to achieve ambitious business goals.Deep understanding of the forex industry landscape, client expectations, and the operational needs of sales teams.Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.Fluent in English (additional local languages are a plus).Willingness and ability to travel frequently.Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to execution.
