We Are Hiring: Recruiter / Senior Recruiter – Domestic IT HiringLocation: Ahmedabad (On-Site)Experience: 1+ Year (Domestic IT Recruitment)Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM OR 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Domestic Hours)Role OverviewWe are seeking a Recruiter / Senior Recruiter with hands-on experience in Domestic IT recruitment. The role involves managing end-to-end hiring for IT positions and working closely with hiring managers to close requirements within defined timelines.Key Responsibilities- Manage end-to-end recruitment for Domestic IT roles- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases- Screen candidates for technical fit, experience, communication, and compensation alignment- Coordinate interviews and manage timely candidate follow-ups- Maintain recruitment trackers and hiring MIS- Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience- Achieve defined hiring targets and closure timelinesRequired Skills & Experience- Minimum 1 year of experience in Domestic IT recruitment- Experience hiring for roles such as Developers, QA, Support, Infrastructure, ERP, and related IT positions- Strong sourcing skills using Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and similar platforms- Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills- Ability to manage multiple requirements in a fast-paced environment- Basic understanding of IT skills and recruitment terminologyGood to Have- Experience working with IT services or product-based organizations- Exposure to lateral and/or bulk hiring- Strong follow-up and closure skillsWhy Join Us- Fixed domestic working hours- Exposure to multiple IT technologies- Supportive team environment with clear career progression- Growth opportunities from Recruiter to Senior RecruiterInterested candidates may share their CVs at:viral.vachhani@imsplgroup.com
