As the Sales Development Representative, you will play a key role in driving sales operations and executing sales strategies that align with the company’s growth ambitions. Role OverviewGenerate and qualify leads through inbound and outbound channels (calls, emails, WhatsApp, property portals, events, etc.)Engage prospects to understand their property needs, investment preferences, and buying timelinesSchedule property site visits or virtual consultations for the sales teamMaintain and update lead information accurately in CRM systemsNurture relationships with prospects through regular follow-ups and personalized communicationAchieve weekly and monthly lead conversion and meeting targetsWork closely with marketing and sales teams to optimize lead quality and conversion ratesProvide feedback on lead sources, campaigns, and customer insightsKey Requirements / ProfileBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field2-4years of experience in inside sales, real estate tele-calling, or lead generationExcellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and MarathiStrong persuasion and negotiation skillsFamiliarity with CRM tools High energy, result-oriented mindset with a passion for salesAbility to handle multiple leads and priorities efficientlyShare CVs on info@coreinvestments.org.in for more details.
