Delegate Acquisition ManagerWe are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Delegate Acquisition Manager to lead sales outreach and drive delegate attendance for our Hotel Guest Experience Forums across India, the Middle East, Europe, and the UK.Sales & Outreach:Identify, approach, and secure delegates from hotels.Manage outbound campaigns via email, phone, and LinkedIn to attract senior decision-makers.Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly delegate acquisition targets and KPIs.Relationship Management:Build and maintain long-term relationships with hospitality professionals and key partners.Serve as the main point of contact for delegates, providing excellent customer experience before and after events.Event Coordination & Support:Collaborate with the marketing and events teams to align delegate outreach with campaign timelines.Maintain accurate CRM records and delegate databases.Support the delivery of regional and virtual events when required.Market Expansion:Research new market opportunities and contribute to regional growth strategies.Provide feedback and insights on market trends and client needs to improve event offerings.
