Strategic ECM LeadershipThe successful candidate will drive the firm’s strategy for raising equity, managing IPOs, FPOs, QIPs and placements, originating mandates through relationships with corporates/investors, ensuring regulatory compliance, overseeing transaction execution (structuring, pricing, roadshows), building investor relations, and guiding a team to enhance shareholder value and market presence.To achieve this goal, the leader will cultivate relationships with promoters, PE funds and family offices to generate new mandates.Investor Relations: Develop collateral materials, engage with FIIs, DIIs, MFs and manage roadshows to build strong relationships with investors.Monitor equity markets, volatility and sector performance to provide insights that inform investment decisions.Prepare pitch books and market commentary for internal advisors and clients.
