Job Summary
We are looking for a strategic eCommerce superstar to join our Keys Soulcare team and support the growth of the brand online. This is the perfect role for someone who takes great pride in the quality and consistency of their work. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who is consumer-obsessed and motivated by the opportunity to directly impact our community’s experience with the brand online.
Responsibilities:
Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) Website Sales & Optimization
Supports revenue growth from keyssoulcare.com
Manages on-site programming to create a more personalized and effective online experience that drives acquisition of new customers
Partner with Creative, UX/UI, Development, and other Marketing teams to create and refine online content and merchandising based on consumer behaviour patterns and business insights
Identify opportunities to improve customer experience with an emphasis on the new-to-brand user Ideate, brief, and deploy optimized and timely digital content based on the marketing calendar and upcoming campaigns
Coordinate A/B and multivariate testing with content and segmentation strategies as needed
Carry out weekly keyssoulcare.com updates, including spot checks, QAs, merchandising refreshes, product launch support, etc.
Test new site features and functionalities before deployment, including extensive cross-device, cross-browser, and UAT testing
Holistic Digital Strategy Implementation
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support a consistent application of brand messaging and product positioning with larger brand and department goals in mind
Monitor the digital landscape for budding trends, best practices, and innovative technologies that can improve the user experience
Identify opportunities for total digital amplification by means of cross-functional collaboration and research
Digital Operations
Manage regular reporting cadences and present findings to internal and external stakeholders
Build a strong collaborative partnership with Supply Chain, Demand Planning, Distribution, and Inventory Management teams to ensure seamless customer service and order fulfillment.
Qualifications/Requirements
5+ years of eCommerce experience, management experience and beauty industry experience a bonus
Creative – the desire to create the ideal digital consumer experience should be at the heart of everything you do, looking for new and nuanced solutions beyond a set rulebook
Collaborative – strong relationship-building qualities are a must, as well as the ability to operate effectively and efficiently in a team-oriented and highly collaborative environment
Confident – must be highly independent and not afraid of taking responsibility, rooted in demonstrated experience and knowledge in driving growth of a consumer-packaged goods brand in the digital space
Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud a must
Experience with analytics and BI tools like Excel, Power BI, and Google Analytics (GA4) a must
D2C start-up experience a bonus.
