Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced outbound marketer based in India to drive lead generation and engagement with CFOs and senior finance leaders across the United States. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with CRM tools (preferably Zoho), outbound campaigns, and prospecting tools, and thrives in a fast-paced startup environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Identify and segment target accounts—CFOs and finance decision-makers at US-based mid-market firms
• Create and execute outbound campaigns (email, LinkedIn, cold outreach) to generate qualified leads
• Manage and track campaigns using a CRM (preferably Zoho CRM)
• Use tools like Apollo, Lusha, ZoomInfo, or similar for prospect list building and enrichment
• Collaborate with founders and product team to refine messaging and positioning
• Set up drip campaigns and measure KPIs: open rates, reply rates, conversion to meetings
• Maintain and grow a pipeline of qualified leads for the sales team

Qualifications
• 3–6 years of experience in outbound or demand generation for B2B SaaS
• Proven success targeting US-based CXO/VP-level personas (especially in Finance)
• Strong command of email marketing, LinkedIn outreach, and cold campaign best practices
• Hands-on experience with CRM tools (Zoho CRM a big plus)
• Familiarity with tools like Apollo.io, Lusha, Hunter, or similar lead-gen platforms
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
• Self-starter with a data-driven mindset and ability to work independently
