Flam is a full stack AI-powered Mixed Reality Content Platform for Marketing & Advertising. Our platform seamlessly harmonizes virtual and physical realities, providing a space for brands to elevate their advertisements to immersive ‘brand experiences’ that their audiences love. With our proprietary technology, we’ve been the tech partner in the most successful Mixed Reality ads, like, Britannia’s NutriChoice in The Hindu, AJIO in Partnership with Netflix’s Heeramandi and Swiggy Instamart, Manipal Academy of Higher Education, WarGaming in Czech Republic, Shashi Tharoor for general elections and many more. We are a high-energy and fast-moving team with a clear focus on creating never seen before experiences. We’re backed by marquee investors - Silicon Valley Quad, Inventus Capital Partners, 9Unicorns, Kwaish Ventures, Turbostart and a few superangels/ celebrities.


We are seeking a dynamic Strategic Sales Manager to join our team, where you’ll be instrumental in expanding our network and enhancing our offerings through strategic partnerships.


In this role, you’ll manage existing relationships, develop new partnerships, and oversee the integration and execution of partnership strategies.

Your efforts will directly contribute to our growth and customer satisfaction.

Ideal candidates will have a proven track record in partnership management, exceptional negotiation skills, and a keen commercial awareness to identify and develop opportunities into successful collaborations.


Responsibilities


  • Manage and build on existing partner relationships
  • Collaborate with sales, product, marketing, and development teams to develop partnership strategies
  • Develop a scalable model for formalizing partnerships
  • Identify, develop relationships, and negotiate deals with new partners
  • Take ownership of partnership reporting and performance
  • Ensure partnerships deliver on promises to customers


Requirements and skills


  • Demonstrable track record of negotiating and closing partnership deals
  • Strong commercial awareness with the ability to identify and develop opportunities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Preferable experience of 4 - 6 years
  • Tier 1 Pedigree would be a plus
