HR Operations Manager RoleWe are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Operations Manager to lead our team's end-to-end HR functions.Manage the recruitment process – sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires.Prepare and issue offer letters, appointment letters, and confirmation letters.Maintain and update employee records such as attendance, leave, and personal details.Coordinate payroll inputs and ensure timely processing with accuracy.Oversee employee engagement programs, celebrations, and communication activities.Support in the implementation of HR policies and procedures.Address employee queries and grievances with professionalism and confidentiality.Assist in training coordination and performance tracking.Prepare and maintain HR reports and MIS for management review.Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as PF, ESI, and other labor laws.Strong knowledge of HR operations and statutory compliance.Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerpointExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.Strong organizational and multitasking skills.Benefits include:A competitive compensation package.An opportunity to work in a dynamic environment.Professional growth and development opportunities.Please note that this is a critical role within our organization, requiring strong leadership and strategic thinking skills.
