The company has in-house 3D modeling software (SOLIDWORKS) to accelerate design cycles and plans to expand to meet growing demand in automation products and IT-enabled services.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role located in Pollachi for a Manager - HR and Finance. The Manager will handle HR operations, including recruitment, employee engagement, and performance management. Additionally, the role involves managing financial operations such as budgeting, financial reporting, and compliance. The Manager will also be responsible for maintaining effective communication between departments and ensuring organizational policies are adhered to.QualificationsHuman Resources skills, including recruitment, employee engagement, and performance managementFinancial management skills, including budgeting, financial reporting, and complianceStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work onsite in PollachiExperience in a manufacturing or electronics environment is a plusBachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration (with specialisation in HR) or related fieldProficiency in using HR and financial software systemsStrong organizational and multitasking skillsHaving at least 5 to 7 years experience in MSME firms (in Tier 1 or 2 cities) with hands on experience in handling day to day HR and finance matters wanting to settle down in Pollachi for personal reasons preferred.
