Process Improvement Leader

Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Global Process Lead to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about process improvement.The successful candidate will lead global process initiatives, focusing on standardization, simplification, and automation of transactional activities. They will also ensure consistent service delivery across towers/units from the shared service provider for transactional services.The role requires drive to identify and pursue value-added opportunities, extensive collaboration with business, finance, and technology stakeholders, and energy to implement effective end-to-end solutions to deliver enhanced efficiency and productivity.Principal Accountabilities and Key ActivitiesEnsure compliance to Global Procedures and Operating Methodologies (GPOM) in transactional areas and refine GPOM on an ongoing basis (continuous improvement).End-to-end procure-to-pay (P2P) knowledge with hands-on SAP experience at transactional levels to guide the service provider to improve efficiency in operations.Understanding of VDMS and vendor management with a focus on improving vendor-related metrics.Robotics Process Automation - Identification of opportunities to simplify operational processes and automate them with the help of bot solutions to create more efficiencies.Review and revise Global Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to align with improved processes and practices.Ensure consistent levels of service delivery by the service provider and engage with units in service to improve/sustain them. Review key performance metrics and contractual service levels established with the service provider and validate them in defined frequencies.Define and update Risk and Control Matrix (RACM), review and resolve RACM audit findings. Support Coats Group Internal Audit and External Audit teams in their assignments.Provide support and guidance to the business through the implementation of standardized processes and controls, monitoring compliance with group policies and procedures, and applicable laws and regulations.Plan and conduct reviews on financial and operational aspects, identifying control deficiencies, suggesting improvements.Education, Qualifications, and ExperienceEssential:Qualified accountant with a minimum of 5 years of experience in P2P. At least 3 years of exposure to operational finance preferred. PTP knowledge is essential orSemi-qualified Accountant with a minimum of 8 years of accounting and finance experience (PTP).
