Data AnalystSupports client business processes and operations activities to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables.Key Responsibilities:Understands and clearly communicates client business issues, operating business rules, data, and standard operating procedures.Executes and suggests improvements to pre-defined operational processes.Implements process improvements in operational processes and identifies opportunities working with Senior Data Analyst & Operations Delivery Lead.Develops strong understanding of operational processes, data, tools & technology to effectively translate business to technology & vice versa.Builts subject matter expertise over a period of time and applies it to operational processes.Applies quality checks and validations on all deliverables and reports back results to the Operations Delivery Lead.Executes defined operational models for clients with standard operating procedures, quality assurance quality checks, governance criteria, roles, and responsibilities and assists the Senior Data Analyst & Operations Delivery Lead to define newer more efficient models including detailed documentation.Coordinates with multiple stakeholders (could be in different time-zones) of the operational process to ensure smooth delivery to the client per pre-existing timelines.Assists engineering teams to implement new operational procedures and/or improvements to existing operational procedures by providing knowledge about operations and testing the modified procedures.Tests new/updated operational procedures to ensure fidelity.Coordinates multiple tasks to produce high-quality results.Works on multiple client tasks, strengthening analytic, task management, and communication skills.Collaborates with internal PMG teams to provide all-round value to the firm.Keeps track of unplanned internal & client tasks stemming from operational projects.Carries out secondary research as needed.Investigates client questions related to operational deliveries, as needed.
