Job OpportunityAbout the Job:We are a global leader in thread manufacturing and structural components for apparel and footwear, as well as an innovative pioneer in performance materials.Our solutions are used to create a wide range of products that provide safety and protection for people, data and the environment.We partner with the world's leading companies to deliver crucial, innovative and sustainable solutions, providing value-adding products including apparel, footwear and specialty threads.With operations across 50 countries and a workforce of over 17,000, we serve our customers worldwide.Following acquisitions, we now have a complete range of footwear components to meet your needs, from heel counters to toe puffs and everything in-between.Through our diverse product portfolio, we can cater to both current and future trends, setting new standards and turning customer ideas into reality while accelerating sustainability.Key Responsibilities:Lead global process improvement initiatives focusing on standardization, simplification and automation of transactional activitiesEnsure consistent service delivery across towers/units from the shared service provider for transactional servicesThe role requires drive to identify and pursue value-add opportunities, extensive collaboration with business, finance and technology stakeholders and energy to implement effective end-to-end solutions to deliver enhanced efficiency and productivity.Principal Accountabilities and Key Activities:Ensure compliance to Global Procedures and Operating Methodologies (GPOM) in transactional areas and refine GPOM on an ongoing basis for continuous improvementEnd-to-end procure-to-pay knowledge with hands-on SAP experience at the transactional level to guide the service provider to improve efficiency in operationsUnderstand vendor management with a focus on improving vendor-related metricsIdentify opportunities to simplify operational processes and automate them with bot solutions to create more efficienciesReview and revise Global Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to align with improved processes and practicesEnsure consistent levels of service delivery by the service provider and engage with units in service to improve or sustain themDefine and update Risk and Control Matrix (RACM), review and resolve RACM audit findings. Support Coats Group Internal Audit and External Audit teams in their assignmentsProvide support and guidance to the business through implementation of standardized processes and controls, monitoring compliance with group policies and procedures and applicable laws and regulationsPlan and conduct reviews on financial and operational aspects and identify control deficiencies, suggest improvementsEssential Qualifications:A qualified accountant with a minimum of 5 years of experience in P2P, or a semi-qualified accountant with a minimum of 8 years of accounting and finance experience and proficiency in SAP finance modules is required.Strong leadership skills and exposure to operating with senior finance teams, leading and developing remote teams are also necessary.Other desirable qualifications include strategic thinking, stakeholder management, proactiveness, communication, ability to challenge, persuade and influence, conflict management, analytical logical thinking skills and emotional intelligence.],
