About this role:We're looking for a Merchandise Specialist to join our global team.This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in managing and optimizing our e-commerce product catalog. You'll ensure that product listings are accurate, visually engaging, and aligned with marketing initiatives to deliver a seamless shopping experience for customers.As a Merchandiser Specialist, you will report to our team lead and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across Marketing, Product, and E-commerce to maintain a high-quality product catalog, align content with campaigns, and deliver a seamless shopping experience for customers.You'll be responsible for:Managing and maintaining product listings within our PIM system and e-commerce platform (creation, updates, and maintenance).Ensuring accuracy and completeness of product data, descriptions, attributes, and pricing.Merchandising and optimizing product presentation, including visuals, layouts, and SEO-friendly content.Testing new product setups to ensure correct display and functionality in the shop front end.Collaborating with marketing and product teams to align product content with promotional campaigns and launches.Supporting daily e-commerce operations and identifying process improvements for catalog efficiency and customer engagement.Your skills and qualifications:A minimum of 3-4 years of experience in e-commerce merchandising, product content management, or digital marketing.Experience with PIM systems and e-commerce platforms (Magento or similar preferred).Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Spanish is a strong advantage.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset.Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in a remote, international environment.Benefits and opportunities:Professional growth and development within a global organization.A supportive, inclusive, and remote-first work environment.Opportunities to contribute across merchandising and marketing initiatives.Diversity and inclusion:We believe diversity fuels innovation and excellence.
