Senior Salesforce Commerce Cloud Developer

Job Overview:The Senior Salesforce Commerce Cloud Developer will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining robust e-commerce solutions using Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC). The role involves hands-on development and customization of SFCC features, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring that solutions are scalable, following best practices, and aligned with business needs.Responsibilities:Design, develop, and implement customized solutions on Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC), focusing on the creation of scalable and high-performance e-commerce platformsCollaborate with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical designsBuild integrations between SFCC and external services (ERP, CRM, payment gateways, third-party APIs) to ensure seamless operations across systemsConduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and ensure that all development work is aligned with best practices and architectural guidelinesProvide 24x7 monitoring and support for SFCC and related systemsRequirements:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field5+ years of experience in Salesforce Commerce Cloud (Demandware) developmentExpertise in SFRA (Storefront Reference Architecture) and SiteGenesis frameworksStrong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern front-end frameworksExperience working with version control tools like Git and build/deployment tools such as Jenkins or BitbucketTeam player with strong collaboration skills, able to work effectively with both internal and external teamsAbility to work in rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, with a flexible attitude toward shift coverage
