Job Description


Role: Business Development Associate


We are seeking ambitious Business Development Associates to join our fast-growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Generating and qualifying leads
  • Promoting our innovative learning programs
  • Building and nurturing strong client relationships
  • Driving customer satisfaction and conversions


This position requires high energy, strong communication skills, and a passion for sales. Prior experience in Ed Tech sales—especially in promoting English and Math programs for children aged 4–15—will be a strong advantage.


Key Responsibilities


1. Lead Generation & Customer Engagement

  • Proactively generate and qualify leads using various sales techniques, including cold calling.
  • Build meaningful relationships with prospective customers, understand their needs, and present tailored solutions.
  • Conduct timely follow-ups to convert leads into satisfied customers.

2. Program Promotion & Sales Execution

  • Promote and sell our educational programs, with a strong focus on English-speaking, writing, and math learning for children.
  • Confidently communicate program benefits and unique features to parents and other key decision-makers.

3. Customer Relationship Management

  • Maintain accurate and updated records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing queries and resolving concerns promptly.

4. Target Achievement

  • Consistently work towards achieving monthly enrollment targets.
  • Collaborate with team members to develop strategies and improve overall sales performance.


Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven ability in cold calling and lead generation.
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and presentation skills.
  • Experience in selling or promoting educational programs for children aged 4–15.
  • Excellent customer relationship-building and problem-solving abilities.
  • A goal-oriented mindset with a passion for driving sales and meeting targets.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, with a keen interest in the Ed Tech sector.
  • A team player with a positive attitude, adaptability, and a strong work ethic.
