Expert Business Central Technical Support Specialist

Business Central Technical Support SpecialistWe are seeking a skilled Business Central technical support specialist with in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central configuration, data management, and user experience. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience providing tier 1 and tier 2 support for users, troubleshooting system issues, and assisting with system enhancements.The role requires strong analytical skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a keen understanding of business processes across finance, operations, and supply chain.Responsibilities:Mentor and train other support specialistsProvide Technical Support for Business Central users.Diagnose and resolve system issues, including configuration, data, and user errors.Manage support tickets, ensuring timely resolution and clear communication with stakeholders.Work with functional consultants, developers, and business users to test and deploy solutions.Document support cases, resolutions, and user guides.Support system upgrades, patches, and new release deployments.Assist with user training and onboarding.Collaborate with IT and business teams to improve processes and system performance.Identify recurring issues and suggest long-term solutions or process improvements.Coordination with internal management on learning path and training plans for support team.Ability to document all work, both internally and client facing.Ability to work independently, as well as within a small project group.Ability to follow a project plan created by Sikich for tasks to be completed by due date.Participate and communicate progress with the assigned tasks.Required Qualifications:5+ years of experience with Microsoft D365 Business Central, including knowledge supporting clients with financials, supply chain, and manufacturing.Proficiency in several ISV Products.PowerBI and PowerAutomate experience.Strong written and verbal communication, as well as interpersonal skills.Ability to be client facing with support tasks as needed and required.Proficient in Microsoft Excel.Proficient in Smart-Sheets.Proficient in Microsoft D365 Business Central configuration package imports.
