Store & Billing AssociateFunction: Store Operations | Billing | Inventory | Customer CoordinationReporting to: Distribution Manager / City Operations LeadLocations & Openings:Mumbai: 5 positionsAhmedabad: 1 positionIndore: 1 positionRole OverviewThe Store & Billing Associate will be responsible for end-to-end store operations, including billing, order processing, inventory control, customer coordination, and dispatch readiness. This role is critical to ensuring timely order fulfilment, accurate invoicing, stock discipline, and smooth day-to-day functioning of the distribution centre.This is a multi-responsibility role, where the associate is expected to actively support operations beyond billing when required.Key ResponsibilitiesBilling & Order ProcessingGenerate accurate invoices in ERP systems for daily ordersEnsure correct pricing, taxes, batch details, and documentationCoordinate pick, pack, and dispatch readinessInventory & Store ManagementMaintain daily stock accuracy through inward checks, put-away, cycle counts, and reconciliationsMonitor expiry, damages, short supplies, and report discrepanciesEnsure store cleanliness, organization, and compliance readinessCustomer & Payment CoordinationTrack customer payments and follow up as per defined credit termsCoordinate resolution of customer complaints related to billing, delivery, or shortagesAct as the first point of contact for operational customer queriesDispatch & Service Level SupportEnsure orders are dispatched within defined turnaround time (TAT)Coordinate with delivery associates for routing and prioritizationTrack pending deliveries and closureCross-Functional SupportSupport audits, documentation, and compliance requirementsAssist with reporting, MIS updates, and operational dashboardsEligibility & ProfilePreferred: B.Pharm / D.Pharm candidates with valid pharmacy license (license to be submitted and available for registration)Also Eligible: Non-pharmacists with prior experience in pharmaceutical / healthcare wholesale distributionExperience in billing, inventory, or store operations is strongly preferredComfortable using ERP systems, billing software, and basic Excel
