Job Overview:We are currently seeking a skilled Customer Support Professional to provide exceptional service and support to our valued customers.Key Responsibilities:Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner via Zendesk.Process orders and manage service tickets with accuracy and efficiency.Maintain order details in the system with high precision.Prepare and share reports, documentation, and customer updates as required.Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction.Retrieve technical and product-related information to support customer requests.Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment.Requirements/ Computer Skills:A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in customer service or technical support.Familiarity with Zendesk or similar ticketing/CRM platforms.Ability to read engineering drawings, blueprints, or basic technical diagrams.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in MS Office 365, Adobe Acrobat, OCR tools, and Visio.Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.Qualification Required:Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized institution.2-3 years of hands-on experience in product design including 2D drafting, 3D modeling, and assembly using standard engineering and CAD tools.Strong understanding of engineering drawings, layouts, tolerances, and basic manufacturing processes.Experience working with customer specifications, technical documents, and product requirements.Preferred Background:Experience in manufacturing, engineering products, construction materials, hardware fittings, or industrial solutions.About the Role:This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team and contribute to providing exceptional customer service.What We Offer:A dynamic work environment, opportunities for growth and development, and a competitive compensation package.
