The role requires a strong understanding ofnutraceutical / dietary supplement manufacturing processes,regulatory compliance, andteam leadership. You'll be responsible for optimizing plant performance while maintaining strict quality, safety, and cost efficiency standards.Key ResponsibilitiesLead day-to-day production operations to achieve manufacturing targets and timelines.Ensure compliance with GMP, FSSAI, ISO, and international regulatory standards .Collaborate with QA/QC, procurement, warehouse, and dispatch teams for seamless coordination.Implement and monitor SOPs and process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce wastage.Oversee equipment maintenance , utilities, and preventive maintenance programs.Drive a strong culture of safety, quality, and accountability across all levels.Prepare and review production reports, yield analysis, and cost metrics .Support new product development and technology transfers in coordination with R&D.Manage and mentor production staff to build a high-performing team.Candidate ProfileEducation: B.Pharm / M.Pharm / B.Sc / M.Sc (Chemistry, Food Technology, or related field)Experience: 3-8 years in nutraceutical, food supplement, or pharmaceutical manufacturingMinimum 3–5 years in a supervisory or managerial roleTechnical Skills:Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, FSSAI, USFDA requirementsStrong in production planning, process optimization, and cost controlHands-on experience in capsules, tablets, powders, and liquids preferredSoft Skills: Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication abilitiesWhat We OfferCompetitive salary and performance-linked incentivesOpportunity to lead a growing nutraceutical manufacturing facilityA dynamic and professional work environment with scope for career advancementHow to Apply Send your resume with the subject line"Application – Factory Manager"to
