Graduate/ Post Graduate, MBA desired; undergraduate degree is a must, technical degree highly preferredOverall Experience -
Minimum 3 years of experience in payments and/or driving subscriptions, must understand Digital payments ecosystem, experience in working with Engineering, Design teams and Payment gateway partners. 6+ years of product management experience, with 2+ years’ experience with consumer Internet or Web-based technology products and services.Desirable experience -
Managing Product in Digital Video Platform
KEY RESPONSIBILITIESDriving the overall product vision, strategy, and user requirements that will fuel user growth and product evolutionsLeading cross-functional teams in delivering quality products, and making appropriate trade-offsContinuously deliver advances in the product by executing against the product roadmap, maintaining a deep understanding of competitive offerings and how they impact consumer choices and preferences, and how they should influence the productsConstant focus on user feedback and actioning insights to drive product improvements.Defining product success metrics and analyzing product performance by driving the product agenda with Engineering Design, and other cross-functional teams to deliverDrive the realization of the product by delivering against a robust and visionary roadmap.KPI driven decision makingDerive insights from data and use the same for product improvements and iterations.Conduct A/B testsEnhance the payments experience by defining & executing the product strategy.Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to continuously evaluate and offer the best payment options to the customers.
