Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Risk Analytics Professional to join our team. This role involves developing predictive models using machine learning and statistical methods across risk, customer, and sales domains.The ideal candidate will have expertise in credit risk, strong statistical knowledge, and hands-on experience with model development and management.Prior experience in banking is highly desirable as the role requires a deep understanding of the industry.Candidates should be proficient in R, Python, or SAS, as well as possess excellent presentation and communication skills.A post-graduate degree in statistics, economics, or computer science, or an MBA in finance or quantitative methods would be a significant asset.Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI is also beneficial.Responsibilities:Develop predictive models using machine learning and statistical methodsAnalyze complex data sets to identify trends and patternsCollaborate with stakeholders to design and implement model solutionsMaintain and improve existing models to ensure accuracy and efficiencyCommunicate results effectively to both technical and non-technical audiencesRequirements:Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in statistical modelingStrong background in credit risk and statistical analysisProficiency in programming languages such as R, Python, or SASExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing prioritiesPreferred Qualifications:Post-graduate degree in statistics, economics, or computer scienceMBA in finance or quantitative methodsExperience working in the banking industryData visualization skills using Tableau or Power BI
