We support our partner engineering firms from large corporations to start-ups with high quality engineering talent across domains.Job Description:This role is with one of our clients which is a Pune-based consultancy specializing in establishing Digital Engineering practices and building the digital tapestry in organizations through formal Systems Engineering methodologies. With integrated digital engineering solutioning they assist organizations to solve engineering problems, embrace emerging technologies and achieve operational excellence. Currently the company engages with various industry domains such as aerospace, automotive, industrial equipment manufacturing and typically with large OEMs, MNCs and PSUs. This role is in the aerospace domain.Position: MBSE Engineer (SysML - Aerospace)This role is ideal for someone passionate about shaping the future of aerospace, while also executing System Engineering projects with a talented team of engineers and designers. You will be a role model who leads by example by being responsive, collaborative, and technically sound. Location: Bengaluru or Pune (onboarding for 2 weeks in Pune)Relevant Experience (Must have):A professional with 3 - 5 years of industry experience, looking for a challenging opportunity to be a part of projects in Systems Engineering, with a strong willingness to learn new technologies, methodologies and Digital Engineering and MBSE tools.Aerospace experience is a mustProduct Development and Systems Architecture experienceKnowledge of MBSE / MBSD / MBE tools using SysML such as Cameo / Rhapsody / PREEvision etcWriting and managing requirements in requirements management tools such as IBM DOORS, Polarion etcModelling and SimulationTeam leading experience with a team of greater than 5 membersHas worked on complex projects and appreciation of system complexityExcellent communication skills.Has experience working with clients, customers, stakeholdersGood to have Experience:Implement and maintain rigorous quality assurance and control procedures across all project stages. Responsible for developing the project plan, project schedule, resource plan and project budget with the project teamConfiguration ManagementV&V experienceProject Management experience and certificationProgramming knowledge (C/C++/ MATLAB or any other)Roles and Responsibilities:Be part of MBSE projects.Understanding customer requirements.Breaking down project activities into tasks for team membersReview projects to ensure quality and on-time deliveryReviewing deliverables with customers and stakeholdersExecuting complex projectsUnderstanding Clients needs and identifying gaps and opportunitiesDefining SE processes as required in the projectExploring MBSE tools and implementing SE processesProviding process trainings to clients when requiredEnsuring project is on trackWork with Project manager to define project planRegularly update project progressEducation:BTech / MTech in Aerospace, Electronics, Electrical, Mechatronics, Embedded Systems, or equivalentCertification in Systems Engineering (good to have)Travel: ~25%
