The focus products under Automotive Electronics are ADAS, Electrification & Connectivity related products. Stay ahead of developments in sensors (camera, radar etc.), Analyze market trends, regulatory requirements (AIS, NCAP, ISO 26262, UNECE), and competitive products to guide feature prioritization. Lead cross-functional teams (software, systems, hardware, validation) through the product lifecycle - from concept to SOP (Start of Production). Prioritize features, manage trade-offs between performance, cost, and schedule. Work closely with regulatory authorities, other tier1 stakeholders and internal stakeholders to align product goals and technology roadmaps. Be the primary product interface to OEM customers - gather requirements, define specifications, and drive joint development programs. Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to support RFQ (Request for Quotation) responses and define optimal product configurations. Collaborate with sales, engineering, and program management to ensure customer satisfaction and project success. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and standards bodies. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics or Computer Science Engineering. MBA or certification in Product Management is an advantage. Experience & Required Skills: ~12+ years of experience in automotive product management, with 3+ years in ADAS or autonomous driving systems. ~ Proven track record of launching ADAS features or related software platforms. ~ Strong understanding of automotive ADAS system & software including tunkey development (AI/ML perception models, sensor fusion, embedded systems, functional safety, cyber secuity, NCAP, regulations etc.). ~ Familiarity with ASPICE, AUTOSAR, and model-based development (MBSE). ~
