Job Overview:We are seeking a highly motivated Trainee- System Admin to join our team.This role involves monitoring customer Azure infrastructure, handling incidents and tickets, attending customer calls and supporting the team in day-to-day operations.Key Responsibilities:Monitor customer Azure infrastructureHandle incidents and tickets (Break-fix, Request, Change Requests)Attend customer callsSupport the team in day-to-day operationsQualifications:B. E /B. Tech/ B. Sc. in Computer Science and ITMin 60% in 10th and 12th and min 65% or 6.5 CGPA in B.E/B.
