Job Summary

The IT Trainee is responsible for providing technical support, maintaining IT systems, and ensuring smooth operation of hardware, software, and network resources. The role involves troubleshooting issues, assisting employees with technical needs, and supporting the IT department in implementing and maintaining company-wide technology standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform hardware and software troubleshooting for systems, devices, and applications.
• Install, configure, and maintain software, hardware, and IT equipment.
• Set up user accounts, email IDs, and workstations for new employees.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to systems, networks, and applications.
• Support staff by training them on new technologies and tools as required.
• Handle Rapidor user location tracking and reporting activities.
• Monitor system performance and ensure adherence to IT requirements and security protocols.
• Build and maintain internal technical documentation, manuals, and wiki pages.
• Ensure compliance with company IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Assist in managing IT infrastructure and providing daily operational support.

Requirements

• Minimum: Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Basic understanding of hardware, software, networking, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Willingness to learn and support new technologies and systems.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12, ₹15,000.00 per month
