Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and creative Wedding Decor Designer/Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for detail, a passion for innovative design, and experience in creating stunning and functional wedding environments. This role requires a blend of artistic vision, technical skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.


Key Responsibilities:

Design Conceptualization:

·       Develop and present unique and customized design concepts for wedding decor, aligning with clients' visions and themes.

·       Create detailed design plans, mood boards, and 3D renderings to effectively communicate design ideas to clients and team members.

Wedding Decor Design:

·       Design and coordinate all aspects of wedding decor, including stage setups, table settings, floral arrangements, lighting, and thematic elements.

·       Source and select materials, furnishings, and decorations that adhere to eco-friendly practices and highlight local craftsmanship.

Architectural Elements:

·       Integrate architectural elements into wedding designs, such as structural decorations, custom installations, and spatial arrangements.

·       Ensure that all designs comply with safety standards and logistical requirements.

Client Collaboration:

·       Work closely with clients to understand their vision and preferences, providing expert advice and solutions to achieve their desired aesthetic.

·       Manage client feedback and revisions to ensure satisfaction and alignment with their expectations.

Project Management:

·       Oversee the execution of design plans from concept to completion, coordinating with vendors, suppliers, and other team members.

·       Effectively manage timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure the successful delivery of projects.

Presentation and Communication:

·       Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to clients, showcasing design concepts, material choices, and layout plans.

·       Maintain clear and professional communication with clients, team members, and vendors throughout the project lifecycle.

Sustainability Focus:

·       Implement sustainable design practices and materials, ensuring that all decor elements align with our commitment to eco-friendly principles.

·       Stay updated on the latest trends in sustainable design and integrate them into your work.


Requirements:

Educational Background:

·       Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.


Experience:

·       Proven experience in interior design or architecture, with a strong portfolio showcasing wedding decor and event design.

·       Experience working on high-profile or large-scale events is preferred.


Skills:

·       Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant tools.

·       Strong artistic and creative skills, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.

·       Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts clearly.

·       Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
