Job Description:

As a Wedding Planning Intern, you will assist in the coordination and execution of weddings and

events, ensuring they run smoothly and exceed client expectations. This internship offers hands-on experience in event planning, vendor management, and client relations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist the wedding planning team in coordinating wedding events from start to finish.- Communicate with clients to understand their wedding vision, preferences, and

requirements.

- Support the planning and organization of wedding events, ceremonies, and receptions.- Liaise with vendors such as florists, caterers, decorators, photographers, and venues.- Assist in managing budgets, timelines, and logistical aspects of wedding events.- Coordinate on-site event activities to ensure everything runs smoothly on the wedding day.- Help in creating and managing detailed event plans, schedules, and checklists.- Maintain effective communication and follow-up with clients, vendors, and team members.- Support the team with administrative tasks such as maintaining event documentation and

databases.

- Participate in post-event evaluations and provide feedback for future improvements.

Requirements:

- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Event Management, Hospitality related fields.- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.- A creative mindset with a passion for wedding planning and event management.- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).- Previous experience in event planning or internships in a similar field is a plus.- Perks:- Hands-on experience in the wedding planning industry.- Opportunity to work with experienced professionals and build a network in the industry.- Certificate of internship upon successful completion.- Potential for full-time employment based on performance.
