Job Role - Product Development Associate


Job location- Bengaluru (Onsite)


CTC - Rs. 26,000/- per month


Role Description:


The Product Development Associate will be responsible for developing new and innovative products, sourcing raw materials and packaging development, supporting the end-to-end product development process, from concept to launch. This role involves conducting research, coordinating with cross-functional teams, managing samples/prototypes, and ensuring that products meet quality, cost, and market requirements. This is an offline job with 6 days working


Qualifications - Bachelor's degree


Key Responsibilities:

·       Assist in developing new products from idea generation to commercialization.

·       Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and trend studies to identify opportunities.

·       Collaborate with design, R&D, production, procurement, and marketing teams.

·       Prepare and maintain product specifications, technical documentation, and reports.

·       Coordinate with vendors/suppliers for raw materials, packaging, and samples.

·       Track timelines and ensure smooth execution of development projects.

·       Support quality testing and product trials to meet compliance and standards.

·       Provide regular updates on project status to management.

·       Assist in cost analysis, feasibility studies, and pricing strategies.

·       Maintain records of product versions, revisions, and approvals.
