Associate Product Manager Location: Bangalore (India) Experience: 3+ years Roles and Responsibilities: • Product Strategy & Roadmap Development: Collaborate with senior product managers to create the product strategy and actionable roadmap. • Liaise with Engineering & UI/UX Teams: Work with engineering, UI/UX teams to translate product requirements into functional designs. • Customer Research: Analyze customer needs and market trends to drive product enhancements and new features. • Product Analytics: Track and monitor key product metrics and KPIs across all Aurigo product lines, aligning them with organizational goals. Leverage Pendo and transactional data to build and analyze these metrics. • Product Growth: Identify and implement adoption and growth strategies to enhance the acquisition and retention funnel for individual products. • RFP Management: Take ownership of RFP Pipeline management and ensure cross team collaboration to ensure accurate RFP responses are provided in defined timelines. Soft Skills: • Strong communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional team engagement. • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize and balance various product demands. • A proven track record in fostering teamwork and collaboration. Hard Skills: • Experience in product management with a focus on Analytics • Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, etc.) and understanding of analytics best practices. Educational Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. • MBA or advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus.
