Job Overview:We are seeking a seasoned HR professional to join our team as an Associate Director of Human Resources Business Partner.This key role will involve partnering with business leaders to understand objectives and challenges, developing strategic HR solutions that drive talent management, organizational effectiveness, and employee engagement.Main Responsibilities:The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert HR guidance on performance management, employee relations, talent development, and organizational design. They will lead HR initiatives such as workforce planning, succession planning, change management, and diversity and inclusion programs.Develop and implement effective HR strategies that align with business goals.Partner with business leaders to identify opportunities for process improvement and develop solutions to address these areas.Lead the evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success.Key Skills:The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels. They should have a proven track record in HR leadership and a deep understanding of HR principles and practices.Proven experience in HR leadership, preferably in a business partner role.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed recommendations.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
