Talent Acquisition Specialist Job PostingThis is a pivotal role that demands proactive talent acquisition professionals to collaborate with clients, meet performance targets, and provide skilled candidates for domestic and international positions.About the RoleThis position requires strong sourcing abilities, effective communication, and the capacity to maintain a robust pipeline of high-quality candidates. You will be responsible for working closely with clients to understand their hiring priorities, technical requirements, and role expectations.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with clients to comprehend their hiring needs, technical specifications, and job requirements.Pursue and screen candidates using prominent hiring platforms such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and IIMJobs, and shortlist applicants based on skills, experience, and client needs.Specialize in recruiting mid-level, senior-level, and niche skill talent. Maintain a strong qualified pipeline and coordinate interviews, ensuring timely follow-ups.Juggle multiple mandates simultaneously and deliver results within deadlines.Achieve monthly and quarterly recruitment goals (Daily submissions, positions closed, interviews scheduled).Act as the primary recruitment partner for assigned clients.RequirementsMinimum 3–5 years of recruitment experience with a bachelor's degree from any industry.Excellent sourcing & screening skills and strong client-facing and requirement-gathering skills.Proven experience working in target-driven recruitment roles for Domestic and International assignments.Strong communication and negotiation skills.Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
