SYSTRA has Design and supervision experience of about 40 km of bridges as part of 96 road and highway projects​.We are seeking applications for the position of Bridge Engineer (Special Bridges) for Mumbai Coastal Road Project Missions/Main DutiesDesign new bridges and modifications to existing structuresPerform structural analysis and calculationsPrepare technical drawings, plans, and specificationsConduct site investigations and surveysReview and interpret geotechnical and environmental dataPrepare cost estimates and project budgetsOversee and manage bridge construction projectsInspect bridges for safety and structural integrityWrite inspection and maintenance reportsRecommend and supervise repair or rehabilitation worksEnsure compliance with safety standards and regulatory codesCoordinate with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholdersAttend meetings and present technical solutionsMaintain records and project documentationMin 12 yrs professional experience with 5 yrs Relevant Experience as Bridge Engineer Profile/SkillsStrong knowledge of structural engineering principlesProficiency in structural analysis and design software (e.g., STAAD, SAP2000, AutoCAD)Understanding of relevant codes, standards, and regulations (e.g., Eurocodes, AASHTO)Project management skillsAbility to interpret technical drawings and specificationsSite inspection and assessment skillsProblem-solving and analytical thinkingAttention to detail and accuracyEffective communication and teamwork skillsReport writing and technical documentation abilitiesKnowledge of construction materials and methodsFamiliarity with health & safety practicesTime management and organizational skillsAdaptability and willingness to learn new technologiesClient and stakeholder coordination skillsWe commit to put people who join us at the heart of improving transportation and urban infrastructure efficiency.
