This position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in cutting edge Generative AI technologies, sharpen your technical skills, and work on a project that aims to make a real-world impact. Minimum 3 years of professional (post education) fulltime experience with minimum 2 years of traditional ML experience and 1 year of Generative AI experience is must. Key ResponsibilitiesLead the AI team at bridge-itIdentify and create datasets to build a domain specific knowledge baseWork on Prompt Engineering and create advanced Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems.Build and optimize scalable REST APIs using Python.Utilize frameworks like LangChain and Langraph for complex AI workflows.Collaborate on implementing knowledge graphs and Agentic frameworks such as LangGraph.Build AI APIs using Django or FastAPI.Use and fine-tune Generative AI models for real-world applications. What We're Looking ForRequired Skills:Bias for action, agile mindset, startup mentalityAbility to do iterative development and continuous deliveryStrong foundation in traditional Data Science and Generative AI concepts and technologies.Knowledge in data crawling / scraping, cleaning and processing to build a dataset Experience with Prompt Engineering, LangChain, and Python.Knowledge of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems.Hands-on experience building and consuming REST APIs.Good foundation of Relational database concepts and SQL queries.Strong software engineering and data analysis foundation Ability to adapt and learn new technologyNice to Have:Experience with Agentic frameworks like LangGraph.Experience in working with knowledge graphs and graph databases like neo4j.Proficiency in Django or FastAPI for backend development.Knowledge on search (ElasticSearch) and recommendation systemsEducation Qualification:Graduate in Software Engineering, Data Science, or related disciplines.
