We are seeking experienced professionals to lead digital transformation initiatives and drive innovation across our financial product portfolios. These roles will play a critical part in aligning our digital strategies with business objectives and enhancing the overall digital experience for customers.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead digital initiatives and transformation for the Consumer Finance Department.
  • Lead end-to-end digital initiatives and transformation across financial products.
  • Align digital changes with product and service functionalities, including website flows and other digital channels.
  • Develop and manage the roadmap and business plan for proposed digital initiatives.
  • Evaluate and enhance the readiness of existing products, ensuring changes to streamline processes, remove redundancy, and improve efficiency.
  • Oversee product management, monitor partnerships, and review NDA and process flows with partners.
  • Monetize digital initiatives post-launch and ensure engagement success.
  • Manage service partner onboarding and oversee billing based on work and services rendered.
  • Collaborate with business, credit, and operations teams to launch new features and expand product adoption.
  • Benchmark processes based on other product streams and leading market standards.
  • Work with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure smooth product implementation and regulatory compliance.
  • Mentor and guide the business planning team for efficient execution of initiatives.
  • Manage integration with technology vendors, market aggregators, and D2C platforms.
  • Monitor key metrics for tracking auctions, savings, and product performance.
  • Support collections teams with platform enhancements to improve operations.
  • Collaborate with IT teams on design changes for seamless future updates.
  • Liaise with internal and external auditors, regulators, and compliance teams to ensure adherence to standards.


Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 12-15 years of experience in the banking or financial sector, with a strong track record of leading digital and IT projects.
  • Expertise in asset lending and digital product management.
  • Proven experience in handling a team of at least 5 FTEs.
  • A graduate degree from a well-recognized university.
