Vacation Rental Support Professional

We are seeking a skilled professional to support our short-term vacation rental business. This is a remote position in India, requiring exceptional communication skills and a commitment to delivering outstanding guest experiences.The ideal candidate will be proactive, customer-focused, and able to engage confidently with US guests. Key responsibilities include processing refund requests and resolving billing discrepancies according to company policies.Process refund requests and resolve billing discrepancies according to company policies.Handle guest inquiries, concerns, complaints, and disputes with empathy and professionalism.Provide recommendations for local attractions, dining, and experiences to enhance guest satisfaction.Identify opportunities to improve reservation processes and guest experience.Key Competencies:Fluent spoken English with clear voice and US accent familiarity (mandatory).Strong communication skills and a customer-first approach.Experience using reservation software and PMS tools.Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.Qualifications & Experience:Exceptional English communication and interpersonal skills.Clear voice, fluency, and confidence while interacting with US customers.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).Abilities:Strong oral and written communication abilities.Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software and tools.Requirements:Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, BPO, hotels, or vacation rentals serving US clients (strongly preferred).Prior experience in reservations or sales is an added advantage.
