Our organization seeks a proactive and skilled IT Service Desk professional to oversee overseas operations, coordinating ticket management, smart routing, and team leadership for timely, efficient, and customer-focused IT support.Log, track, and assign tickets; make routing decisions (remote vs. onsite dispatch vs. escalation); ensure smooth operations of the service desk.Supervise a remote team of IT Service Desk Engineers; balance workloads, provide shift coverage planning, mentor, coach, and conduct regular performance reviews.Track service level agreement (SLA) performance; produce daily/weekly ticket and performance reports; highlight recurring incidents for problem management; suggest automation and workflow improvements.Key Skills and QualificationsITIL foundation certificationTechnical skills in IT service management tools and technologiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to analyze and resolve complex technical issuesLeadership and team management skillsBenefitsThis is a challenging yet rewarding role that offers a competitive salary and excellent benefits package.
