Key Responsibilities:
Talent Sourcing & Recruitment:
- Source, screen, and evaluate candidates for technical roles using platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, and job boards.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified technical candidates.
- Conduct initial technical assessments to match candidates with job requirements.
Client Collaboration:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical job requirements and team needs.
- Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and candidate pipelines.
Candidate Engagement:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, scheduling interviews, negotiating offers, and onboarding.
- Build strong relationships with candidates to ensure a positive experience.
Market Research:
- Stay updated on the latest recruitment trends and technical job market dynamics.
- Identify and implement strategies to attract top talent in competitive markets.
Administrative Support:
- Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and status in the ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
- Generate recruitment metrics and reports for management review.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, IT, or related fields.
- Proven experience in technical recruitment or IT staffing.
- Strong understanding of technologies and technical roles.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with ATS and recruitment platforms.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple requisitions in a remote environment.
