Database Developer RoleWe are looking for a skilled professional to develop and maintain SQL queries, stored procedures, and data transformation logic. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on SQL and PL-SQL experience with the ability to understand complex data models and translate business requirements into efficient SQL code that captures business context accurately.This is an exciting opportunity for someone who can contribute their expertise in database development to drive digital transformation and achieve business goals.About the Job:Develop and maintain complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and data transformation logic.Analyse and understand existing data models and database schemas.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and clarify requirements.Translate business requirements into efficient SQL code that reflects business logic accurately.Write well-structured and maintainable SQL code.Perform data analysis and validation to ensure accuracy of SQL implementations.Participate in code reviews and follow established development standards.Debug and optimise SQL queries for performance improvement.Requirements:4-5 years of hands-on SQL development experience.Highly proficient in PL-SQL.Strong understanding of relational database concepts and data modelling.Ability to read and interpret complex data models and ERDs.Experience translating business requirements into SQL logic.Solid understanding of joins, subqueries, window functions, and advanced SQL concepts.Experience with data transformation and aggregation techniques.Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.Experience with cloud data platforms (Databricks, Snowflake, etc.).Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and dimensional modelling.Understanding of data quality and validation techniques.How to Apply:Please send your updated CV to apply over or visit our website www.millionlogics.com/careers.
